Hewlett Homes

The Hewlett homes were a multi-million dollar custom build by UrbanCore Ventures. The homes feature a private, gated driveway that exemplifies the grand scale of the beautiful homes. The exteriors have a mirrored look at first glance but are separated by different finishes. The 3-storey homes offer a semi-transparent cedar-shake siding look on one home with the other showcasing a modern pre-finished stucco look.

On the Interior you have plenty of custom details. The homes come with custom crown moulding, wainscoting, custom fire places, and detailed spindle railings. The vaulted ceilings showcase the grand scale once inside. Both homes have natural wood windows that feature an oil base stain with clear coat finish. Wallpaper coverings were applied as a feature piece including an area in the ceiling above the fireplace mantle.
