Lochside Exterior

Lochside was a newer home on the ocean.  The exterior wood had weathered quickly from the salt water and intense direct sunlight.  The owners came to the conclusion they wanted a lower maintenance and more modern look.

Our team of professionals sanded the existing Sikkens stain down and applied an oil primer transition coat.  Then we transformed the stucco and wood with a more modern colour tone.
